On Fri the 28/8 I turned on my sum up machine to find it blocked,got in touch with support who organised a replacement machine which arrived on the bank holiday Monday by courier ready for business Tuesday,great service and response.

A good company to do business with
Great service from initial purchase to handling a fault with my printer. The only delay was with me, as I was unable to respond quickly to the emails from support. After just 2 days since my request for help with the printer a replacement is being shipped out. Great service - highly recommended!
