Connection problem
I was having frequent problems with the sum up connecting with our devices. It contacted sum up via there app and they replied within the hour with a process to change some settings. After I made the changes this sorted out my problem. I'm very happy with the support and I recommend sum up to any business

Purchased 3 Sumups for football teams…does what it says on the boxdd
Purchased 3 Sumups for football teams to pay Match Fees when they play away from home. Very simple to setup and they work as it says on the box.

Honest feedback
Best comission on the market, good customer service, easy to understand and to use app. My single issue with them would be the bluetooth connectivity of the card reader, as it happens quite often to fail, but it can be sorted out with a phone reset and/or card reader reset.
