SumUp has a very easy set up process and excellent rates with no contract. I have used many merchant services companies over the last two decades but SumUp has been the most competitive and user friendly with very good customer service.

Speedy help from support team
After updating the Sumup application I could not fully access my sumup account, I emailed the support team and they responded quickly to me and the problem was dealt with and resolved in a timely manner.

Issue sorted rapidly
SumUp have now sorted our issue out and apologised for their error, they had put us in a category that as not allowed but had got this wrong. Once pointed out they sorted this issue out immediately and everything is now running smoothly
