Great customer services
Needed to contact customer services, really pleased with the speed of response, service and outcome. The customer service advisor was patient and able to sort out my issue an reassure me that it was sorted. Very happy!

Careful which domain you use to access your account!
I kept seeing a warning that my account had been opened in the US (I live in France) and that I had to delete the account and open a new one if I wanted to continue. The service center quickly identified my mistake: I had accessed my account through SumUp.com - by accessing through SumUp.fr I would be rid of the problem. This was correct, and I have learned something new.

I rarely have problems with my SumUp…
I rarely have problems with my SumUp card reader, card or account but when I do, SumUp are very professional, efficient and quick to resolve any issues.
