Had an issue regarding new 3g card…
Had an issue regarding new 3g card reader with the signal and blue and green bars on the screen however after speaking with the support team they have decided to send me another 3g card reader to replace faulty one correspondence was very good just a little slow in getting in touch with me

SumUp is Good, the Solo reader has no Bluetooth??
SumUp is a good solution, easy to use overall and seems pretty stable. The new Solo reader, which has an excellent display appears to not have a bluetooth interface that I can see? I see nowhere in any setup screen that talks about Bluetooth? It also appears to not be able to pick up 2.4GHz WiFi networks either? This means that my till software that talks bluetooth to all my other SumUp readers won't work. There is a Bluetooth logo on the box it came in, but having reviewed the website, it ...
