Blocked Card Reader
Had a card reader which became "Blocked". Contacted Support and had a reply within an hour or so telling me the reader was still under warranty and a free replacement would be sent. Excellent service.

Payment delays and errors
The reader has worked fairly well for a couple of years, but recently a string of payments were delayed which was frustrating but got resolved within about seven days. Then this week, a combined payout appeared in my account twice (like a duplicate payment) and without explanation, SumUp are now deducting the error by withholding my more recent transactions. Very satisfied with Sum Up

Staff Need training, specially reading English
Shame the staff do not know what they are doing. I have sent email asking them to change some details on business name. they emailed back saying done. when we checked the data nothing been done. They have rectified their mistake now So i have put 1 to 3 Star. I have to wait to see any future problems in future.

How can I start,?,? After a couple of years of been sumup costumer with múltiples devices I decided to stop and change. Why? Just because of the crashes of the devices and the slow working.
