All fine
I am using this provider for two years now, and had no problem so far. I receive my payments regularly and card reader works just fine. I understand that is not the case with some other people. Here, all is fine, though. :)

Best card reader that I've used
We have tried several other card readers, and SumUp has been the best of all of them. We did have a little trouble at the beginning (reader not charging correctly and wrong name in the bank account details) but SumUp were very responsive, and the issues were soon resolved. Since then we have used the reader with no problem at all. It's great not having to connect through a mobile. Simple to use, and the payout comes back to us very promptly. Many thanks.

First impressions are poor.
First impressions are poor. I order from sumup because I needed a payment solution fast. Their GB Support page states: "Delivery time Standard delivery is 2-3 business days. So, as soon as we receive your payment, we’ll process your order and dispatch it. We’ll send you some confirmation and a tracking link via SMS and email so you can keep an eye on its progress." 3G terminal
Had the 3G terminal (reader and printer combined) earlier this year to use for my market stall which is outdoors. Although the device is easy to set up there are several gripes for me. Firstly, the screen is near impossible to read in daylight with the white text on the black background, I have to go into heavy shade just to see what is on screen.
