over £3k out of pocket! I've been using Sumup for 3 years and they were good, ok their machines that only last a few months before having some sort of error, then them claiming you must have dropped it and have to purchase a new one. I could just about live it with but now I haven't had a payout into my business account for nearly 2 weeks and there's over £3k of payouts showing, but not showing in my account. 3G reader keeps losing signal

My 3G machine has worked very well for over 2 years, but for the last week it has consistently lost the signal, with please wait lasting forever, when the customer taps their card it says please wait and after quite awhile will say connection error, occasionally it will accept a payment. I am using the machine in exactly the same place as I have for the last 2 years, so are the batteries wearing down? or something else.

Really poor customer service and…

Really poor customer service and support. Impossible to talk to someone when there’s an issue and you lose money as a result. Use another provider EDIT: Just in response to your reply. The whole point is that your phone number hangs up after 10 minutes on hold. Your live chat cant verify identity, so you have to call. But then you get hung up on and told to message the live chat through the app. Its a circle and you never end up resolving your issue. If I could have stayed on hold until ...

Tried for 5 days now to contact…

Tried for 5 days now to contact customer support, and nothing. Spend 30mins on hold, then get cut of by a automated system. Then go on chat today, only to have an agent join the chat and for over an hour, not even one word typed by them. Poor customer service, GET IT SORTED SUMUP.....

HELP

HELP I purchased a sum up solo at a cost of £141.80. It arrived on 10th August. After chatting to a member of the support team it was decided the machine was faulty and that I should return it for a full refund, which I did on the 19th August. Five weeks later I am still awaiting my refund. Completely Satisfied with this Driving Service

We used this service on two occasions. Once as transportation in Florence from the train station to the hotel and the second time from Florence to Tuscany (Buonconvento). Our driver, Simone, was punctual and very helpful. Simone was very courteous and gave us information about the Tuscan region. He helped with our luggage on both trips and his driving was excellent. There were four adults traveling and we would completely recommend this service.

One star I am afraid

One star I am afraid. My first device was faulty it needed to be replaced. Phoning no joy. Eventually it was replaced at no extra cost. Great. The new device worked for awhile and l was very pleased. However this week Bluetooth is not connecting. I have done everything suggested. I would like for it to be WORKING and RELIABLE.
