They are extremely prompt at replying to queries via email. I would highly recommend them. I was dealing with someone called Chanita who is fantastic Sum up representative & an asset to the company!

Very poor card reading device, tedious & unreliable!!
Money is transferred to account in couple of days no problem, which is fine. The card reader will die after a few months & guess what, you have to pay for a replacement. Also, very slow to connect & process transaction. I have switched to iZettle since, starts up super fast & payment is also processed pronto!!

hello
hello, dont thinck ive got a merchant id, ive only been using sum up for a week, but its better than izettle the card readers are very sexy they look and feel good in the hand.
