Unreliable company with Poor customer service
Poor customer service, they sent my parcel to the wrong address and they were unable to solve the problem they created. Basically they put my home street address with my trading postcode address. I am not complaining about human mistakes but about their inability to solve the problem and understand the problem. They are absolutely unreliable. Tried to call them directly, but they never answer. At the end of the story, I should contact the delivery company on my own to solve the problem. ...

Shocking service
Shocking service. Cancelled account for no reason after only a few weeks. Have contacted 3 times over there online chat and via phone. Still no one is available to assist me in refunding there unit. If you are looking for a card payment service for your business. Stay well clear of these cowboys.

SCUMBAGS!!! Steer clear of these cowboys!! They claim that they have an office based in London, when I called them out on it and physically went to their London office, guess what.. no company by the name of SUMUP were there. I then reached out to SUMUP via live chat support and called them out on their lies and was told SUMUP are operating in different buildings around London however can not disclose which address haha!!! scammers!!! Poor Poor Customer Service
First, let me tell you that the way this was handle was a nightmare. This should have NEVER happened the way it did. My customer has had a problem every time he has tried to pay your system. I am not sure why? He tried using a chase bank card to pay the deposit and it would not accept it. He ended up using an AMEX card and it worked, when I sent him the invoice that reflected the payment and had a balance due, it would not let him pay. new faulty Solo, help & refund not straightforward
My new Solo reader never worked - would not pick up enough wifi signal even when parked right next to the router, then got stuck on trying to update, it got hot and quickly ran out of battery. I then discovered that asking for help wasn't easy, and returning the reader for a refund is also not straightforward - everything has to be done by emailing the support team and the answers are mostly generic.
