Very unsatisfied
My bank charged me a pretty expensive fee for receiving a payment from SumUp, I have reached out to SumUp and asked them about the fee which was never mentioned by them (to be fair it was charged by the bank and not sumup) to which they kindly offered to return the whole amount of the fee. I accepted the offer and it has since been two months and I haven't heard back from them. They're not answering phone calls and they're so slow and not-helpful with email replies.

Nobody Cares Once You’ve Purchased It!
If you mean uninstall and reinstall the app, I’ve done that already but nothing has changed. I’ve had the App for 12 months. It went wrong after about four months but nobody can/will help me. They just keep passing me to one department and back to the other department. Nobody will own the problem and nobody checks if it’s been resolved. It hasn’t and I still can’t use it!

Scam they have taken my funds and have…
Scam they have taken my funds and have not paid me I have tried to refund back to my customers and they have not sent the refund and they have also tried to take money out of my bank account on a number of occasions with out any permission. They are a scam and steal from poor people trying to run a small business. I have called them on a number of occasions and they have shut the phone on my face and ignoring my emails and they have frozen my account for no reason. Please avoid avoid

Faulty Card Reader
Terminal developed a fault where cards were unable to be inserted into "chip" reader. Contacted customer services and they arranged for a replacement to be shipped promptly. Very impressed with the company's service.
