business account still not fully set up. i bought a sumup card machine 3 weeks ago and on the day of purchase i applied for the business account as funds would be available quicker. 3 weeks down the line and my ID verification is no further ahead,ive not been asked for any documents but thought i would send them as a way of speeding up the process but to no avail, ive made numerous phone calls and was told that the passport photo i sent wasnt clear so could i send another(baring in mind no ...

Poor customer service to resolve a payment issue

I have been trying to retrieve a refund for one of my clients for the last 5 weeks, have been fobbed off by customer service countless times, not had my emails responded to, and told that it is the fault of my client’s bank (which it isn’t, as we have had confirmation that they have not received the refund at their end). After debitoor has been integrated into sumup things got worse

After debitoor has been integrated into sumup I can't write invoices in other currencies anymore. They offered me a refund of 25% for the prepaid period of one year, which I did not receive for almost two months now, I just got several questions asking me to provide invoice numbers, invoice dates, dates when the money was paid, etc. - then nothing for about a month now...

This is where third-rate accountants…

This is where third-rate accountants work. After wrongly withdrawn funds from my client paid to me. No one bothered to apologize. And after endless inaccurate accounts, I turned out to be the injured party. Keep one thing in mind

Quick & Efficient

I had to change a few details on the account so I called them. I was asked to simply email the changes I needed making. I did so, and within a few minutes I had an email back confirming the changes. All so very easy, and handled very quickly and efficiently.

I have been trying to get a missing payment for a four figure sum since 09/04/22 it’s now 20/5/22 Bank stated they had found this three weeks ago. Yet still no money absolutely disgusting the way this bank think they can steal from me

Do not recommend, save yourself the stress of going to another company. Do not trust this company they will block your account and hold your money with no confirmation when you will recieve your money

Worked the first 2 days until my account was blocked and have no access or data to how much I have in the account. I was lucky that I took a screenshot each day before my account got blocked with no reason except for an automated email. I have been trying to work around tech support for over 1 week with little to no support from the company. Best card service for small business

Excellent platform for a busy small business. Cheapest rates I've been able to find. Ordered a replacement card reader and it was sent out quickly. SumUp replaced izettle in my business long ago. Very happy now. 5☆
