Sumup bad company

Since the 5 may 2022 asking what Problems ( not specified yet ) with the sumup card reader , since march waiting the debit card , customer service ignore me until my first negative feedback posted on Facebook

new to sum up had an issue

new to sum up had an issue, spoke with a gentleman who explained everything to me and why my monies didn't hit my account, shall we say it was a senior moment and sum up staff were very courteous and helpful would highly recommend

If I could score 0 I absolutely would

If I could score 0 I absolutely would. I have reached out on numerous occasions to multiple email addresses to help resolve my query regarding a refund of £250. I got an initial response to my first email stating they could look into it - 2 months later and I have had no response to that initial email or my two follow up emails. There is no phone number to be able to call customer services. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of care or customer service with zero communication or reassurance.

Should be disappointed with urselves

My account got hacked in America and sumup will not stop account so any business monies going in will still be taken , I have to wait 3 to 5 working days for them to sort this out , how disappointing, I'm leaving them now

Faultless service.. Thank you

Having had a few issues with my machines with them not charging. After machine number three I almost gave up hope!! Giving one more chance, and speaking to Mark gave me confidence and full reassurance in the company again. Mark rang and talked me through the full troubleshooting process and as if by magic.. A wand has been cast, we have a machine that charges, holds it charge and a very happy team. Thank you.

Works okay until your machine is just…

Works okay until your machine is just out of warranty then it magically becomes blocked and they want you to buy a new one. Of course customer service blames you saying youve dropped it but after a quick google its very obvious that there remotely blocking them. Would save your money and use a different provider.
