Had money stolen from our account in…
Had money stolen from our account in September reported it next working day and was told they would look into it 2 months later and we are told we won't be getting our money back. Very poor service and wouldn't advise anyone to use this service over £600 out of pocket for a club that's run by volunteers and every penny makes a difference to lose this sort of money isn't acceptable.

Simple to set up and easy to use.
Simple to set up and easy to use, this is a great product for occasional users. We do have problems from time to time but that is due to mobile-phone reception blackspots (e.g. in church) rather than with the app or terminal.
