Bought last Christmas to use at a…
Bought last Christmas to use at a Christmas market. No problems. Tried to log into my account at the weekend as I have another market this week and message comes up saying “Our account team is verifying your account and will contact you” Tried to call, sent an e mail and given a case number - no contact today. Sent message on messenger. No reply. Appalling customer service. If no contact tomorrow, I’ll be swapping to another provider.
