I paid my builder through SumUp and…
I paid my builder through SumUp and they’ve told him they won’t transfer his money for 2 months as they don’t usually give SumUp machines to the building trade. I completed all necessary paperwork to approve payment with SumUp. They now need to refund me and me pay the builder. God only knows how long this will take. Work has stopped at my property until payment has been received. Avoid for large payments

Disappointed with Online Support
Disappointed with Online Support: I've been trying for over two weeks to activate online payment for my website, but despite speaking to the online support three times a week, no progress has been made. I feel like I'm being ignored and my account is not being activated. Very frustrating experience.

Absolutely awful after sales support
Absolutely awful after sales support. Very unclear who can help, and you'll always end up in the wrong department. Moving over to take payments because we can't find someone at sumup to give us an answer to a very simple question about the point of sale system. Ridiculous.

Excellent payment solution
I was Blocked by mistake by Zettle who took that long sorting it out that I chose SumUp to get going again. I'm really impressed so far. It is miles ahead of Zettle and the support is brilliant compared to the No support from Zettle. Also payments are available to withdraw the following day which is great. Not sure about other providers payout but it was a 4 day wait with Zettle. The sofware and app are also better than other card machines and at 1.69% the charge is cheaper too. You can ...

They cancelled my account for no reason
I was happily using this service but for no given reason that I can understand they have withdrawn their service for me! I have money in the account that I need to jump through hoops to get!!(it’s my money!!) I contacted chat and was just sent links to read without any explanation as to why they are asking me to send the card reader back. I’m soooo not happy!

Awful
Awful, as a retailer as soon as you are signed onto their subscription and they have your set up fee you will lose all support. I have experienced multiple issues in the set up of backoffice, Till system and card reader. The readers will continually disconnect from the till causing issues in taking payment. SumUps solution to this issue is sending reparative unhelpful links that never work. Only after continually reporting the issue will they send a new reader, which makes no difference ...
