Every week I have someone trying to sell or rent me a card machine, and every time Sum up works out cheeper even though the charge rates are slightly higher the overall cost is less, it does the job fine, so yes I would definitely recommend.

I have been using SumUp in my small business for 3 and a half years. The money is transferred into your chosen account very quickly. I love that I can use it with my phone and it’s really easy to see at a glance your transactions. I have been happy with the support on the odd occasion I have had an issue. The rate is competitive. I would definitely recommend SumUp for your business.

Here at Barnsley Glass and Glazing we find SumUp so easy and convenient . It takes seconds to generate a payment link that can be done from a mobile and sent via whatsapp, messenger , email etc to the customer . Easy for them to pay and they get instant confirmation that the payment has gone through . Also handy to take payments when in peoples homes with the SumUP device .

OK but need better customer service.
We have had 0 issues with taking payments and receiving payments for the last 6 months. Had 1 issue with a refund of a card machine which we ended up returning and that eventually was also completed after delays. Potential of being a great company but the customer service accessibility for UK customers can be very difficult. Sumup need to solve this problem and they are easily a 5 star company.

Use SumUp all the time
Use SumUp all the time, no stress, low fees so we’ve been able to ditch the old PDQ. App and browser versions easy to get the hang of. Support is great. iPad app is a bit pants.

I’ve been using sum up for a while now…
I’ve been using sum up for a while now and I have to say that it is the easiest, quickest and best way to take card payments for me. It’s fuss free and the cost is in comparison with paying for a machine … I can honestly say that I have never had a problem with Sum up. Payments are available the next day with a problem. Jules B
