Payment processing is fine, Solo readers are dreadful
Using SumUp as a payment processing service is generally ok - payments are taken and paid out in a timely fashion. The problems are with the hardware: as a small theatre we use a number of machines across our bar, coffee corner and box office. I was asked to set up a system using all-in-one devices for simplicity, as the staff are all volunteers from our membership and constantly changing. From a total of 5 Solos and 1 3G reader we have already lost 2 Solos due to failures for no apparent ...
