Easy to use simple
Easy to use simple. If I have one gripe it is the loss of mobile connection now and again otherwise extremely happy with service

Non existent customer service
No existent customer service. Paid for and received my device but unable use it because I needed to provide additional verification of identity. All good... sent copy of driver's licence and......nothing. sent several emails asking what the delay was and.....nothing. can't get any sort of a response from them. They have my money and I have a pos device that is useless to me.

Non existent customer service
After opening a Sumup account to use the Sumup tap feature, I was unable to get it to work. After 3 conversations online with a robot and 3 promises that a dedicated member of their team would contact me to help, (one week on) I received absolutely nothing. I have since asked them to close my account but won't hold my breath on that being done any time soon. Terrible service. Avoid Avoid

Absolutely shocking customer service. A complete waste of time. These people honestly don't give a damn and are no help at all
