Something is fishy
Leaving as a client because they refuse to change my e-mail address that I no longer have access to (you have to receive a security code, but it goes to an e-mail that no longer exists, so I can't change it) even after numerous complaints that the data and account is exposed to an ex employee. They suggested to close the current account and open a new one. Since when an email is a primary identification source and not a form of ID or other means of authenticating the user? Madness.
