Exceptionally Poor Customer Service and Product Quality
Once again our Sumuip machine is blocked. We are on our third machine. We keep it in a locked cupboard in an ambient tempreture. It has not been knocked, dropped or abused in any way. I called SumUp and asked for a refund. They ended the call. I logged in and went to chat and asked for a refund, they ignored the chat. I called again and was forced to accept a new device.
