Great customer service
Had two reps visit my shop to talk about the new sumup machine and sumup rates. I usually hate being ambushed by reps, but these guys were courteous and when I pointed out that I was busy, they kept the information clear and concise which I appreciate. Excellent ongoing customer service from Sumup, unusual in an age where companies just want to take your money then get rid of you!
