Just very easy to use & charge lasts…
Just very easy to use & charge lasts ages. Got good connection too, which is great if you're doing remote fairs or working in the basement!! Good low fee 👍.

I am not computer literate at alk and…
I am not computer literate at alk and don't even have online banking because its too confusing for me to install but getting sum up and setting it up was so easy for me..it practically does all the work for you which for me is fantastic ...keep up the good work sum up and I would recommend you to anyone.

Poor service irresponsible customer care
Poor service, terrible card reader machine ether no signal or card machine even new version one doesn't get charge , they blocked my account with out giving me at least 2 days to send them ID documents.

Time to find a new payment processor
I have been using SumUp machines for 8 years with no problems. This year however I encountered a problem where the machine captured my own bank card instead of the customer’s card details, 4 separate times. I therefore paid for my customer’s goods without knowing, until after the fourth transaction when I noticed. As a result, I lost retail sales worth a total of £240.
