Poor reception, great service
Quite often I find it hard to receive a payment through poor connection. Having said that, I'm happy with the companies costumer service so far. However the Sumup card reader is a bit bulky, so I find the Square to be better in that case as it's smaller.

Fraudulent card but won’t help
Would be minus one if possible! Received a card through the post which I hadn’t ordered! Tried to speak to customer service who couldn’t help, they don’t have a fraud department they don’t have supervisor’s or managers just ask you for the email address that was used to apply for the card which you can’t give because you didn’t apply for the card they refuse to close the account they then just tell you to destroy the card have contacted the police regarding fraud

No issues when working ok but when you…
No issues when working ok but when you need assistance, The help you receive is shocking . Received a charge back for a refund that hadn't gone through which was sum ups fault. Yet I got a charge back of £101 + £10 admin fee for it
