Disappointed after many recommendations
Sum up had been recommended to me by so many people so I am shocked that I have to give them such a bad review. My card reader arrived which was great but I could not set up a profile on the website or the app as it was stuck on a certain page and wouldn’t let me proceed so I tried live chat who told me to call, I called and was told they couldn’t help me as apparently my email address didn’t match my merchant ID and I needed to go on live chat. Do not EVER buy any products from this company. I have been conned by SUMUP Conor Wingham who is supposed to be their Lead Sales They sold us a order & pay kiosk. We saw the you tube videos and agreed to buy. It turned out that Its not even their product and was a third party system which they used on their official youtube channel We then complained about it and they said They ll send a courier to pick it up.
