What do you like best about Sugar Market? Most helpful looks like all the training now available to use. I also like the visibility of the upgraded site. What do you dislike about Sugar Market? What do you like best about Sugar Market? I love how easy it is to visualize data as that can be helpful for reports. What do you dislike about Sugar Market? Randomly crashes once in a while but it could be the internet. What problems is Sugar Market solving and how is that benefiting you? With automation, the problem of transferring data among different departments and team members becomes easier to manage.

What do you like best about Sugar Market? I think there's a lot of opportunities with Sugar Market. What do you dislike about Sugar Market? Not very easy to use and its not as functional with Sugar as we hoped. What problems is Sugar Market solving and how is that benefiting you? It doesn't connect with SugarCRM 100% without needing additional development/engineering

What do you like best about Sugar Market? Great customer service and reactivity - not just an impersonal platform What do you dislike about Sugar Market? Complexity/user-friendliness of some parts of the interface, but getting better What problems is Sugar Market solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing (almost) all the tools I need in one, interconnecting to our CRM & our webinar solution and hence saving our small Marketing team a lot of time & helping us gain efficiency

The setup of all different digital campaigns, from nurtures and triggers to one-off emails, forms, landing pages; the features are robust and you can do a ton with them. "Offers most of what I expected from a Marketing software with a few extra perks."
What do you like best about Sugar Market? I love Nurture 2.0. It is an awesome way to set up drip campaigns and also automate a lot of customer contact. I also love the flexibility with email details such as domain names and send from. What do you dislike about Sugar Market? Their form program does not allow picture submissions.
