"Subsplash makes creating an app easy!"

What do you like best about Subsplash? I love how user-friendly the Subsplash platform is. Subsplash has simplified the process of creating an app from the ground up. Once the app is live, the Subsplash platform has many great features to keep your app relevant and up to date without adding a considerable amount to your weekly workload. What do you dislike about Subsplash? I don't have any significant complaints about Subsplash; it is probably the most valuable platform our church uses to ...

Have not had great experience with…

Have not had great experience with their team giving us access to my clients account. Promised expedited delivery said minimum is 3-4 weeks. We are on week 6. Would not recommend.

Subsplash Has the Worst Billing & Customer Support

PROS: None, it's an outdated app provider, with poor customer service. CONS: They need to not have outrageous cancellation policies that you are unaware of upfront. Subsplash is just about the worst church-related company out there. Our church signed up for their app a month before I came on board. After I started we decided that the $119 a month they were charging was outrageous so I decided to cancel our subscription with them. After 6+ emails they finally responded and set up a mandatory ...

Subsplash’s single source ease of use

The ease of use of Subsplash’s single source for our web design, branded app, online giving, media streaming, etc. makes this platform a terrific tool for effective ministry!

Subsplash is intuitive

Subsplash is easy to use and provides a consistent communication platform for our congregation. We primarily use the calendar and media library components, and the mobile app. It looks great, allows for most of the features I want, and is intuitive for users. In the years we've been using Subsplash, we have had so few issues, but any time we have asked for help the staff have been very responsive and accommodating.

Easy to use, well designed

We have been using Subsplash since 2019 and continue to feel good about it. App CMS is very versatile and user-friendly. Great media tools. Responsive and friendly customer service. Hoping the website options will continue to grow.

Subsplash is an amazing app

Subsplash is an amazing app. The customer service team is amazing as well as the onboarding and success team. The app looks CLEAN and the ability to embed your content onto your website is what I love. I still wish there was a little more customizability to make things look exactly the way you want but since it's an app builder it makes sense that you can only use what they provide you with - which is a lot. We've loved our experience with subpslash and they're always making things better!
