Subsplash has been a great addition

Subsplash has been a great addition. Our church family loves using our app and it has kept us very connected during these times of virus and unrest

The product is best in class

The product is best in class! Our church surveyed a dozen or more brands and compared each to our list of requirements of what was important to us. SubSplash came out on top! The product is easy to learn to use and build, the results are a very nice polished app that you can be proud of, available on iOS and Android! Pricing is on the high side and their phone support is hard to come by. You schedule it, wait a week and then you get 15 minutes. My suggestion to get the 5th star is, make live ...

Client Review

Good partnership, fair rates. Good customer service. Don't seem to understand the needs regarding the calendaring of an event being placed into a large pool with others. it creates more work. Used to be organized within a group based on the group it was created in. Now it is in a large pool with others and hard to search for. The new features do not help because our annual dates change and to make it re-occuring doesn't work because to make it re-occurring is to assume the date is the same ...

A HUGE step in the right direction

Subsplash has been a HUGE step in the right direction for us as a church. I only wish I had even more options to customize the look and feel of our site and app. On one hand, it is very easy because they automate most of it, but on the other hand, there are times I wish I had more control. Also, the other reason I give 3 stars is that some of the important features like group messaging and live streaming are additional monthly costs, and rather high costs at that.

I love the app and the website…

I love the app and the website platform... But I'm a little disappointed in the development and client experience... Here are a couple of the reasons why: I was so excited about your launch of "Live" when the pandemic started but was disappointed about the conversation I had with our rep who tried to tell me that streaming to our website was the only real way to do it and that trying to stream to youtube and facebook weren't the best cause of the value of keeping things on your website. ...

We have been having problems getting…

We have been having problems getting into the section to upload our Sunday messages due to big. Hi have been in contact with someone there & it has taken two and a half weeks to rectify so far. This means that the people in our congregation who are needing the during isolation are not able to have access to the message. I think that this is poor service. Regards, Michael

Everything you are doing is great and I…

Everything you are doing is great and I would normally give you a higher rating but at the moment you are transitioning in new features (also great) but they sometimes cause minor problems - think you could pre-test new features a little better before putting them out there.
