We have been very happy with Subsplash…
We have been very happy with Subsplash and the customer service we have received. They are quick to answer questions and provide assistance and overall the App & Website services are easy to use and maintain.

Six Months and all is great
We are six months into this partnership and so far Subsplash has been an easy company to work with. With their helpfulness, and the ability of the software, the upgrade to this product has been easy and all of the features we needed and they provided integrated well into our church setting.

Subsplash Giving & Planning Center Online
I am only qualified to comment on the Subsplash Giving side of things. The service would be five star in responsiveness and desire to fix things. The actual flawlessness of the platform itself (or possibly just its integration with Planning Center) would only be four star because of the number of glitches we've had with the integration with PCO (having to re-link longtime givers repeatedly, donations not showing up in PCO and having to be manually entered, small discrepancies in transfer ...

Excellent Customer Service and Superior Products & Services
Everyone I've ever dealt with at Subsplash has been wonderful. Their customer service is superb! I love the fact that we have our own person that we deal with each time - thanks for providing us with a relationship with a real human versus just a number at a call center. Literally every employee we've had dealings with has been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous... how do you guys do it so consistently? Ah... Subsplash has been Wonderful!
Ever since beginning with Subsplash, Subsplash has helped us transition to more Digital Media, Content, stay better connected and open up giving in ways that have been truly beyond our expectations! We are delighted to now also be Live-streaming with Subsplash and the fact that Website, App, Giving and Live-stream are all integrated, cross platform and WORK, is a HUGE benefit to our staff AND volunteers!
