What do you like best about Submittable? The Submittable support team is always incredibly responsive. I use the Live Chat option any time I need help troubleshooting, and I have always been able to quickly resolve issues or questions.

Rude Salespeople Fronting Company
Inquired about using their service. The rude salesperson implied I could not afford them before finally giving me pricing. They have a bad reputation and have bad front-facing sales.

What do you like best about Submittable? I enjoy how helpful Customer service is. I also have had a great experience with using each different function in Submittable. Whenever I have an issue it is very easy to get help or get it fixed.
