"Great design, decent functionality"

What do you like best about Submittable? The interface is clean and intuitive to use, both as the creator and for users. The drag-and-drop features make building forms incredibly easy and the finished product leaves lots of white space and a great look for applicants. Another excellent feature is the easy-to-use search features when you're trying to find a specific application or applicants with particular qualities.

PROS: 1) The income the platform generates. 2) Its ease of use. 3) Incredible customer service. CONS: I cannot think of anything that needs improvement.

Rude Salespeople Fronting Company

Inquired about using their service. The rude salesperson implied I could not afford them before finally giving me pricing. They have a bad reputation and have bad front-facing sales.

What do you like best about Submittable? The scoring/reviewing experience with the split screen. The cleanness of the UI. How intuitive it is to create and edit forms.

What do you like best about Submittable? I enjoy how helpful Customer service is. I also have had a great experience with using each different function in Submittable. Whenever I have an issue it is very easy to get help or get it fixed.
