Site does not properly manage stylists

Site does not properly manage stylists. Stylists can lie and con people, and literally get away with it. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Please be very careful because once they scam you, you won’t get your money back unless you contact the BBB. The company site will do NOTHING…as if they are in on it.

This company is a rip off

This company is a rip off. The rate is to high and they are hard to get in contact with they charge your clients a higher price than what's listed. Get your own easy simple booking. Don't be to desperate to use these people its not worth it.

I have never had a problem until I made…

I have never had a problem until I made an appointment and the stylist never responded to my messages. I submitted a ticket and received an email saying they will respond within 48 hours, the appointment is in less than 12 hours. While trying to give the stylist time to resound, didn't know if I should go or not, reschedule or cancel the appointment. There are no appointments available for me for the time I need the service. Terrible experience, I’m done.

I am literally just trying to get my refund so I can delete my account and the app. I noticed that a lot of professionals have cancelled my appointments before as if I requested the cancellation when I didn’t. At first I really didn’t understand what was happening so I didn’t follow up with it, my fault.
