What do you like best? Stripe has some of the best rates for nonprofits. Fees can be high for other softwares, like PayPal, but Stripe gives eligible nonprofits a discount on their fees. What do you dislike? Bookkeeping can be a pain because it is difficult to find the payouts with the breakdown of fees.
