Using stratsys for our monthly department meetings.

What do you like best? Multi updating possibilities in the meeting agenda and notes. What do you dislike? I have nothing in particular that I do not like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? After starting using stratsys we have all the meeting notes and agendas looking the same way.

Easy to use meeting organiser

What do you like best? Ability to attach board papers and other documents to meeting agenda - board meetings are now paperless What do you dislike? Integration with outlook could be better especially for repeating meetings What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Enables us to track meetings and actions in one place as well as cutting down on paperwork

Great for regular team meetings

What do you like best? We use this weekly to put all of our team meeting items in one place. We can send out the agenda ahead of time for others to add their items for discussion and then the minutes go in the same document. We thought it useful enough to use for our monthly board of director meetings as well. What do you dislike? When you attach documents to an agenda item once you open them and try to go to the next agenda item, Stratsys will freeze. You have to hit the back button ...

What do you like best? We love the consistency of themes and topics. We love being able to assign tasks. We love that we can have as many users as we need. What do you like best? Simple interface, easy to use, intuitive What do you dislike? Wish i could download all meeting notes in PDF - also the decision / follow-up tool can be improved for greater traceability What problems are you solving with the product? Very useful and practical

What do you like best? I like the ability to create an agenda that also functions as the template for taking minutes. The agenda being sent ahead of time to everyone's email, as well as the minutes saves me time before and after meetings. It automatically creates a PDF so all I have to do is print it, or ask everyone to digitally pull up the agenda from their emails. What do you like best? Excellent for collaboration, even outside Your organization. Easy to use and well integrated to Office 365. Also an eloge on the swift responses from their support.
