Powerful and modern

What do you like best? Excellent customer support, cutting edge, versatile, continuously improving tool. I like that the frontload on this pays off long term - dashboards can be set up and monitored, but also easily modified if needs change. Also, I appreciate that data can be exported into a csv format for other analysis. What do you dislike? Powerful tool but complex UX

What do you like best? Text Analytics, Dash-boarding capability and MS led translation instead of Google. What do you dislike? Not very user-friendly. Uploading programs, models etc. is very complicated and very limited training Recommendations to others considering the product: Get trained very well before using it What problems are you solving with the product? Good Experience with Stratifyd

What do you like best? I like how versatile the models of Stratifyd are. It allows me to explore more options when it comes to the analytics. What do you dislike? The models aren't as consistent when using text based on non-english languages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've realised that it is easier to predict customer emotion and possibly NPS when dealing with a customer of a particular demographic.

What do you like best? The product had a lot of APIs, which would have made it easy for us to connect to our many data sources What do you dislike? The NLP techniques were fairly basic, with minimal control over the parameters. I believe maturity of the product will come with time. What do you like best? The Team members being so friendly and helpful What do you dislike? I haven’t had any issues implementing Stratifyd into my company, although we have had internal issues - they haven’t been due to Stratifyd, therefore no dislikes What problems are you solving with the product? Solid Product and Accommodating Crew

What do you like best? I like that the staff is always willing to personalize and help customize your experience! What do you dislike? The tool requires a lot of time to fine tune. Not a problem because the benefits should be great but requires a lot of buy in from partners. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Effectively manage and consolidate VOC for Ally. Ease of use is key here!
