They are using this 7 day trial as a distraction to steal your money >:o

I'd created a 7-day free trial, and when I create that account they didn't warn me that I will be charged "AUTOMATICALLY" after the trial period. I didn't use that trial period well because of my ISP. My ISP couldn't provide me with a stable internet connection. So I couldn't cancel my subscription, but they charged me.

The content is great, but you should be on your guard!

Graphic Designer Frequent user

I have used some photos and graphics for posters when I didn't have time to create my own. It's very convenient. Great quality products. I would love to see mining photos, above and underground, as well as some exploration photos.

They trick you into automatic renewals.

Their unlimited downloads program only covers a very small group of videos. Which means your better off buying the videos you want or going somewhere else. I would recommend going somewhere else. This company did not cancel my account after the week I actually used them. So a year later I got charged on my credit card. It wasn't just for the same amount they increased the amount by 50% and when I contacted them they tried to say they had sent me an email that they were raising rates. Even ...

Video Blocks is great source for high quality stock footage. It's easy to use and reasonable priced that it's a no-brainer. We've been using Video Blocks for years and will continue to do so!

Just send emails already - Dirty tactics for dime a dozen service

They don't send emails like most other subscription based companies. No emails not only apprising / reminding you that your annual fee is upcoming but better than that, they don't send emails once they've charged your card. Which if you've since cancelled for a new number, guess what? They still get to charge you using your old number. What the what?

TOTALLY MISLEADING

Just don't even bother signing up. You might as well use all the other stock sites as it will cost you more signing up with videoblocks. They charge an annual fee "offering" unlimited downloads of extremely LIMITED content and then for anything half decent you have to pay for and it is more expensive or the same price per video. Ridiculous. Their customer service was alright in terms of communication and giving a 50% refund but still nothing useful came out of this.

I was looking for such a site.

The only site that can make great images from Japan.
