Effective and affordable

Once, I had to create a short teaser for a new wearable technology, with no money and a little knowledge about video editing. I found a short sequence on VideoBlocks, added few Powerpoint screens and a piece of music using MS Videomaker. Used it on a Facebook add, it was the cheapest yet effective teaser ever!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITH NO WARNING

Signed up to a 7 day free trial and after 7 days they took a $79.99 payment without any notification or friendly reminder to say I was going to be upgraded. Absolutely appalling as even after the payment they did not send a transaction email for my invoice records. Scammers. The content on their pages is limited and low key and not that usable or wide ranging.

This makes me unbelievably sad. Do not get the free trial what so ever, it is most definitely a scam. I made a free trial account, did not use a single image, tried to cancel my account, and WAS STILL CHARGED. I called right away to explain the situation and was told that someone would get back to me even though I called during buisness hours. I finally got an email and they told me that they could not refund me. This made me angry because I am a college student and I needed the money to ...

VB was my #1 go-to for AE templates but now only a small percentage of content is included in the subscription price. This is a big change. ugh - will not be renewing next year!

VideoBlocks Good, But Needs Work

For our purposes, thus far, the only VideoBlocks products that we like are the green screen virtual sets. We have yet to find a photo on VideoBlocks with people that we would want to use. In general, since our audience is US sophisticated multicultural millennial urban viewers, most of the photos containing people lack cultural diversity. Videoblocks, very helpful

Videoblocks works for me because they are always reminding me to check out new ideas on their page. If you're like me- busy, busy, busy - it's a great way to remember to update your library, stimule your imagination, and renew creative energy.

GraphicStock is awesome! Our school recently changed our graphics provided to GraphicStock....and I was not thrilled. However, I've been converted to GraphicStock by the wide variety of graphics, frames and backgrounds. The folder feature found within the program is helpful. GraphicStock has a plethora of graphics at just the right price.
