Spam emails that never stop
Signed up for free trial, didn't find what I was looking for. I have been receiving spam emails ever since. They DON'T comply to their unsubscribe functionality. Even after contacting their support email, they still keep sending these mails. Garbage.

Excellent stock footage
Excellent stock footage. Great help with motion graphics files. I dont have to create AE & Motion projects from scratch. Furthermore they are all editable

I love the easiness to find videos …
I love the easiness to find videos fast, preview them by just hovering the mouse over each video, and also save them in my own project folders for later use. The selection of videos gets wider and wider and it is the easiest thing to download them. Videos not included in the annual fee are cheaper than buying them in Adobe Creative Cloud and I would say they are of no less quality.

Graphicstock and VideoBlocks whack
I was just robbed by your counterpart graphics stock. Under Australian law I am liable for my refund as there is not such thing as me accepting the fact that 184$ was just taken from my account without use of the website two days after taking the money. The first time the account was not taken as I had no money but as soon as it's there it's gone. Yes I understand being charged but denying me a refund is bizzare.
