"Efficient and Versatile"
What do you like best about Stonly? The Stonly onboarding process was simple. The tool itself has been straightforward to build and modify with ad-hoc style changes. The implementation of the tool has allowed us to take a lot of guess work out of contact handling as we're using the tool to build contact troubleshooting trees to resolve issues quicker.

What do you like best about Stonly? it does not requiere programming skills, so any customer support agents can actually create their own guidelines based on customer questions. It's easy to measure the efficiency of your guides thanks to the data provide by Stonly. You can then take into account which guide is the most popular and prioritise your product roadmap for improvement.

What do you like best about Stonly? Stonly offers a variety of ways to enhance our customer experience through interactive guides, hotspots and checklists. Rather than sending our customers to a standard knowledge base, we're able to create something that looks native to our app and has an elevated experience.

"Very Happy with the knowledge base and hoping to extend into guided tours soon"
What do you like best about Stonly? We assessed five alternatives but, in the end, Stonly was the easiest to use and most intuitive choice. Stonly's knowledge base is well-structured and easy for multiple people to work with without a huge amount of training. We’ve transferred most of our KB from HubSpot to Stonly and are looking forward to implementing Guided Tours in the future!

"A true help knowledge base that is easy to learn, easy to use, and comprehensive in its features"
What do you like best about Stonly? The most helpful part of Stonly is its help system. While I get timely help from customer service, I usually don't need it become their help KB is so good. Compared to others? I've used several and they are more complex but don't delivery the features.

"Excellent Contextual Help Guides"
What do you like best about Stonly? We chose Stonly because the way guides are done is significantly better. Providing contextual help for our customers directly into our app has been great for us. It also helps us communicate fast with our customers with the ability to add banners. In the future, we plan to transition as much as we can (knowledge base and product tours) to Stonly.

What do you like best about Stonly? It is an easy-to-use software that can be used in all departments, we currently use it for our hardware installation guide and training for new hires. Compared to competitors it goes over an beyond as it has features that most don't offer.
