What do you like best about Stonly? We have started by integrating Stonly interactive guides in our help center and then we have transferred all our knowledge content to Stonly. The quality of the experience for our clients is a lot better as they can choose their path at any step and only see the relevant content. What do you like best about Stonly? I was using a variety of tools prior to Stonly, and I still wasn't able to achieve the functionality that I needed to successfully onboard new users to my web application. My team spent so much time building out a quality knowledge base in Intercom, but no one used it.
