Great product

I am using SP for few days now moving from 1 password (leaving 1Password is they have not update for windows standalone version) and fully satisfied with the product, only issue is little heavy on old windows 7 I5 while work good in windows 10. will update further after use. Yes on trust pilot it does not work as i found out while login.

What do you like best? I like this software it is easy to use and making your life easier working seamlessly What do you dislike? Synchronization working slow sometimes also it is freezing pc when it is working Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend that you have make some changes on mobile app also please do something for freezes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don't have to remember any password

Inferior Product for Mac Users

If you're a Mac user, don't purchase this product. You will not be able to print out a list of your passwords. That's a feature reserved for the Windows version only. With a hurricane approaching, I thought it best to print out a list...only to find out it can't be done. They will not refund my money due to the fact that I purchased it 6 months ago. I didn't need to print it out 6 months ago because there was no hurricane then.

Improve the iOS APP

Update:-Two month since my last review update and I’m still waiting. I mainly use my iPhone to update and create new passwords and this is very annoying with the old iOS app. For now I’m going to use Kaspersky Password Manager for it offers decent iOS app and I can access my vault online on Linux. MacOS passable, IOS a failure

Fails miserably with IOS/Safari. Don’t even bother if you want to sync between these MacOS and IOS operating systems. Using the free version for just MacOS is passable.

Sticky Password is better than most others

What do you like best? Sticky Password is very easy to use and usually enters the correct data in the appropriate fields. What do you dislike? The notes/comment section in each password is small and disappears when another app is selected. I would prefer that it remained opened until closed and that the font was larger. Good software that works as advertised

What do you like best? That I can use it across multiple platforms and multiple logons and have it sync across the cloud. What do you dislike? Bit clunky to use, slow to open on Android and difficult to administer Recommendations to others considering the product: IT works very well when setup correctly. Sync function faulty

Works great if you don't want it to sync. I had been using this application since December of 2016. When I decided to put the product on another device it didn't sync my passwords to the new device from the cloud like it is suppose to. I contacted support and they absolutely had no clue. The reps clearly are from outside of the United States and everything I've said to them gets lost in translation. Good try but product just doesn't work correctly across multiple devices.
