What do you like best? It's simple to set up. It offers clean, direct, and insightful feedback for agents and managers alike. Additionally, it's less to zero pain for customers to use it thereby increasing response rates. It also integrates beautifully and easily with Zendesk. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that Stella rewards employees for giving their all as a customer service tool. It has truly helped me push myself more ( just to see what nice things and great feedback customers leave). What do you like best? It feels like a video game for judging a company's performance. What do you dislike? The price is a bit much for our small team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The issue of not knowing how our team was doing is solved because we get feedback and can quantify it.
