What do you like best about Medallia Agent Connect? It is an all in one platform that allows different teams to focus on their areas of expertise and get valuable insights. What do you like best? Stella is able to give a much more detailed customer satisfaction survey to our customers. We can edit it as needed and make it custom to our company What do you dislike? Managing teams and agents within Stella is difficult. It would be best to filter by the team leader and reassign them to another leader without having to individually open each agent's profile. What do you like best? I use Stella to see the feedback from our customer surveys. The graphics of the site are very pleasing and effective to show off the different ratings that customers give our agents. Stella's five-star point system with the ability to leave further comments gives agents a direct source to review their customer quality analysis. What do you like best? I work at Williams Sonoma, and one of our new things this year was incorporating Stella into our operations. I like the option it gives to our customers who provide an email at checkout. They are asked to review the person who’s employee number was used at checkout. What do you like best? I like the fact that it allows our customers to rate their experience with each rep as an individual instead of as a whole.
