"Brilliant concept that solves real challenges !"

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli keeps us organized and connected as we handle invoices. Its removed the "chasing down" element of invoice approval, and made the entire process of invoice management digital, paperless, and most important - easy ! I dont remember how we managed without it.

What do you like best about Stampli? Using Stampli has allowed us to process AP for eight companies in one user-friendly system. Stampli really simplified our annual audit, as we were easily able to provide invoices with all approvals and documentation to the auditors. Whenever I have had any problems/issues, the Stampli team has always been very quick to respond and everyone I have worked with has been very knowledgeable and happy to help solve them in a very timely manner.

What do you like best about Stampli? I love the easy to sue interface. We are constantly adding employees as users and have a user friendly interface makes the transitions much better.

What do you like best about Stampli? The user interface is super simple and easy to use and does not take long to adapt to new application environment. Allows for the ability to access and store all documents related to AP entry. The AP entry fields were customizable and the team at Stampli was super friendly/knowledgable and always there to help with our questions or concerns. What do you like best about Stampli? You can search by vendor ID. Very easy to search Billy is awesome!! What do you dislike about Stampli?

What do you like best about Stampli? Billy reads the invoices and remembers the info. Makes entering invoices take half the time and really speeds up the team.

The implementation team has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the product before turning us loose. Stampli has streamlined our AP process and given us more control over invoice approvals.

What do you like best about Stampli? Being able to reference back to an invoice quickly and showing the approval. In our meetings we sometimes have managers say "idk what that charge is or i didnt approve that" on a budget. I am able to pull it up very quickly. Also love that you can attach w9's and COi's to the vendor. Its a big help and easy to look at to see if the vendor is in compliance

What do you like best about Stampli? We have copies of every invoice right at our fingertips. Coding the invoices has become easier with the help of "little Billie" - recognizing more and more as we use Stampli. Stampli's customer service is amazing. The response time and patience is appreciated. You're not dealing with an "out of touch" operator when you have a question or problem. They know the payable side of things and have masterfully merged it with their software system.
