Before, 90 percent of my day consisted of sending, saving, entering and attaching PDF invoices in QuickBooks. With the implementation of Stampli, the retrieval of the invoice, data entry, and approval process takes place all within the same portal. What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli truly takes the place of one Admin in our company. It loads our invoices with ease. If there is ever an issue IM'ing customer service from the portal is easy and efficient. They are truly the BEST! Jocelyn and Adrian have both helped on multiple occasions with great follow up skills.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli has allowed our company to implement a simple, yet efficient workflow process allowing each of our subsidiaries to approve/reject/amend invoices that are then loaded into our accounting system, Netsuite. The Stampli team worked quickly to resolve any issues we had initially and are now running without any hiccups. The application has saved us many, many hours in manual input of invoices.

The approval process holds team members more responsible for their purchases and cost. The audit trail of the process is very clear, including comments. Reply's to Vendor inquiries can be answered in minutes. Inquires to Stampli support are replied to in minutes.
