"A True Time Saver"
What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli helps me track invoices in all stages of the approval process, ensuring none are missed/forgotten about. We use to save invoices in different folders, based on what was needed. Disputes, incorrect invoices, approved invoices, etc all had their own folder. Invoices would get missed, forgotten about or moved to the wrong folder.

"A "tiny" platform which holds together all departments of a business"
What do you like best about Stampli? Best thing about Stampli is the possibility of so many departments of the same business being able to communicate within the same platform. The fact that we don`t have to use emails as a backup makes a huge difference for Accounts Payable. I am able to upload all supporting documents any PM / Director would need and I can ask and receive answers in a timely manner. What do you like best about Stampli? I love that everything is in one place. I'm able to see all of my invoices, make notes, ask my team members questions, see my vendor's details, and even ask questions directly to the vendors. Direct Pay is one of my favorite features! Before Stampli, I was making sure each invoice was in QuickBooks, then using a second program to pay our vendors. So I'd have to make a bill payment in QBs, then manually put in the amount for that vendor in the second ...

What do you like best about Stampli? Clear and straightforward. Everything visible on one page. I love the phone app version and prefer use that whenever possible
