I apprecaite how easy it makes entering in invoices and also helping others in my organization ensure they're correctly coding and routing the invoices that come to them. What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli is a user friendly full-cycle AP system for every level of accounts payable experience. It is easy to use for all parties from basic users to administrators. They continue to add new, exciting features. The NetSuite integration has worked seamlessly for the last 2 years for us.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli is very easy to sue and is easy to search for certain payments What do you dislike about Stampli?

What do you like best about Stampli? You can tell that Stampli has been designed and improved by AP professionals. Every time you think "it would be really nice if..." Stampli probably addresses that.

What do you like best about Stampli? Invoices are never lost they are processed and stored in one location. You can pull up the history of all of your vendors and invoice copies and your fingertips.

What do you like best about Stampli? Has reduced our processing time on payables. Has helped deter against duplicate entries. Approval process is smoother as well.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli is very similar to other programs that we have used in the past, it seems to be quite effective from a reviewer / approval role point of view. I like how I can quickly access previous invoices to ensure that our spends are remaining consistent and there are no big fluctuations in spending that may indicate fraudulent charges.

What do you like best about Stampli? Accounts Payable is not my forte, but, Stampli has made it very easy to follow along with detailed instuctions on how to use the program. Any time I have a question I use the help process and they answer me in minutes. They are very kind and always get me to where I understand the process. Its pretty easy once you learn how to input and process invoices, so I would say user friendly.

What do you like best about Stampli? Stampli automated a workflow for us that had previously become an excessive waste of time for an otherwise simple process. As a national company, it helped integrate our teams around accuracy, timing, and process for approvals. Being able to pre-program the workflows make us less error prone, and I especially love how it tracks issues across a period of time for all of the different filters that allow me to narrow in on issues.

What do you like best about Stampli? It's nice that it reads my invoice number, dates, etc. and fills in so much info for me, and that the payable document is created in the accounting system automatically.
