What do you like best about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform? It is really useful that everything we need is right there and can be used any time, reflecting on objectives and progress.It is great that I can log on and see what all contributors have been doing and anything they want to share. From my first interaction with staff circle as part of the working group to reinvent our performance management system Staff Circle understood our requirements and what we were trying to achieve. "Intuitive and easy to use from the get go."
What do you like best about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform? Makes it very easy to track holiday compared to previous solutions I've used. Mainly is the fact the site is very clear where there are any clashes in time of with team mates. Also whilst the Feed and People tab is less used it's still conveninet for keeping up to date with changes in departments as well as any minor updates with the company that are sent out as company wide emails (how events have went etc.), What ...

What do you like best about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform? This all in one platform has been a great addition to our business. We use it for everything from holiday requests (which make it incredibly easy to view other people's annual leave status and requests), KPIs, company updates, appraisal reviews and more! What do you like best about StaffCircle - Performance Management Platform? - The ablility to use a number of tools offered as an 'all-in-one' platform. I'd like to book some time off, 3 clicks, done. I'd like to review my KPI's, 3 clicks, done. I'd like to view company updates, BOOM, it's in the news feed.
