Great platform, nice features and easy to use
What do you like best? The option for cost-per-engagement bidding is quite useful. Also the company is great to work with you to setup custom audience segments which is a good way to enhance targeting capabilities. Great platform that keeps evolving!
What do you like best? Very user-friendly, intuitive to use, and limited reporting needed to make optimizations. Their team is also on point - often pointing things out that even our team normally wouldn't catch. They also keep us updated about things that are changing and upcoming (beta). What do you dislike? Very smooth and pleasant experience with StackAdapt
What do you like best? Loads of capabilities and intuitive interface. The customer service is super personalizd and makes you feel well taken care of. I could always rely on them whenever there's a problem with delivery, which rarely happens anyways. The prices are also not too high. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The team is very professional and easy to work with. Prompt in responses and very helpful in all processes around campaign creation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Their UI is great and it's easy to set up/manage campaigns and/or pull reporting What do you dislike? There's always room to grow and improve. Stackadapt has the best customer service -- no matter your budget.
What do you like best? Stackadapt feels like a partner, not just a vendor. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything. They have great customer service, easy to access analytics dashboard that includes a conversion journey and some of the best native inventory out there. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Smart proposals, to help us provide great media plans to our clients.
