The SO for teams product is an almost exact replica of the public SO product which is a fantastic service which I use daily, the interface is well known and all the engineers at my company understood how to use it. What do you like best about Stack Overflow for Teams? Easy organisation of information. Easy to "ping" someone for more details. Ability to create Wikis on topics. The ease of use after years of working as a community project helped to iron out many bugs from early on.
