Teams is used on a day to day basis in my team, and stackOverflow integrating right into Teams makes things very easy, asking questions to teammates and then posting them to stack overflow is helpful. Hardly anything, but somewhat clearer branding to distinguish it from 'normal' StackOverflow would help for me What problems is Stack Overflow for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you? It's not used much in smaller teams as we don't have as much need for it. What problems is Stack Overflow for Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?
